A million pound house has come on the market in Merseyside that has many luxury qualities.

As you’d expect for a six figure house, the property comes with plenty of impressive features, including an indoor swimming pool, bar and entertainment room.

Most of the sales over the last 12 months were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £224,414.

But flats sold for an average of £172,011, with detached properties fetching more than double of semi-detached at £498,796.

Overall, sold prices were 5% up on the previous year and 5% up on the 2019 peak of £259,146.

Spread over four floors, the basement has been renovated to boast hotel-like features.

The lower level benefits from a large swimming pool, fitness studio, sauna and steam room, entertainment room and bar.

There's also a number of storage rooms, a bathroom and small kitchen on this lower level.

The ground floor has three reception rooms and a 'spacious' fully fitted breakfast dining kitchen.

Four double bedrooms can be found on the first floor, including one with an en-suite bathroom, along with a 'stunning' family bathroom.

Stairs continue to a second floor where a further two double bedrooms are along with a further shower room to the half landing.
