A home renovation TV series is looking for Edinburgh residents who plan on turning their properties into "holiday rental goldmines."
Be My Guest looks at people who are converting unused spaces such as a spare room or attic into a holiday rental.
The producers of the show, which will air on the Discovery channel, are keen to feature Edinburgh home owners who will be letting out parts of their properties to visitors.
As well as spare rooms, they're after people who are converting more unusual spaces into holiday rentals, such as garages, sheds and houseboats.
A team of top interior designers will help the home owners complete the renovation.
