Home of Dr Hilary Jones targeted by anti-vax protesters

Anti-vaccine protesters have gathered at the home of TV GP Dr Hilary Jones for a noisy protest.

The campaigners against people being vaccinated to prevent the spread of Covid-19 gathered at the home of the Good Morning Britain contributor.

They were waving placards and shouting through megaphones, reports MyLondon.

Protesters have been shouting: "When the people wake up... they'll all be here for you you'll have no protection, there'll be nowhere for you to hide".

Demonstrators have been seen on the porch of the house demanding Dr Jones takes back his support of the vaccine, which he has spoken about many times on GMB.

Police attended the scene in a quiet rural village in Kent.

It's not clear whether Dr Jones, 68, was home.

Dr Jones was the subject of 152 Ofcom complaints after he criticised those refusing the vaccine on TV show Lorraine.

Protesters were seen posting leaflets and letters through Dr Hilary's postbox.

One protester accused police a volunteer police inspector at the scene of aiding and abetting "murder".

Dr Jones is a father of five.

A statement posted by an anti-vaxxer group reads: "It's time to wake up and see who is fighting for humanity a time of great importance is upon the earth and the soldiers of truth are fighting against the evilest plan ever waged on MAN - We need to save humanity, we need to wake people up and show them the TRUTH that is being HIDDEN from THEM!"
