I am French and have been living in the UK for nearly eight years. I am also a mum to a two-year-old.
After being made redundant in June 2015 and finding out that I was expecting our second child, I decided to take matters to hand and pursue my passion for food.
As I was having a baby, I expected to be out of work for some time, so I decided to specialise in homemade catering.
My kitchen and living room are my primary office. I cook from my tiny kitchen and get food delivered around my area. I am creating my new range of sauces and marinades, I have a supper club and run a private platform for chefs.
All entries which meet the competition criteria are published and our judging panel select a shortlist of the top three for each category. Winners are announced at an awards ceremony in summer 2016.
