I work as an online business manager and right hand woman to high-performing female entrepreneurs who are juggling family life with running a business. Along with a team of highly-skilled VAs and professionals I support business owners to achieve their goals without compromising their lifestyle. We work solely from home.
Having set up an award-winning VA business in 2013, my focus turned to supporting high performing women this year when returning from maternity leave. Using virtual systems we are able to build, manage and run businesses flexibly and all from our own homes. Many of the people we support are in exactly the same situation so we have a true understanding and appreciation of what is needed to make a home business a success.
All entries which meet the competition criteria are published and our judging panel select a shortlist of the top three for each category. Winners are announced at an awards ceremony in summer 2016.
