UK Corporate Gifts supplies printed promotional items to a variety of businesses across the UK. Our website is the face of our business - with a catalogue featuring thousands of products ranging from pens, T-shirts and umbrellas.
Some may be surprised that the whole operation is run from home. When we started, we knew we wanted to give our customers choice, information and good value. We achieve this through low overheads and a specialised team that works remotely. Our systems are cloud-based - with the product catalogue closely knit with the quote and order processing tools as well as staff management. It is a custom-built, cloud-based system that we developed ourselves. It puts us on par with larger competitors.
A home set-up makes us efficient online, but our business is largely about the relationships we have with our clients. By going to trade events and constantly brushing up on our product and branding knowledge, we are able to provide quality consulting service over the phone. We also visit larger clients at their premises and even hold stock for them.
Communication is key, so we have regular catch-ups and training sessions with our team. We also meet together a few times a year over a meal and a few drinks to make sure we’re a team that gets along.
