In the past 12 months, Caffeine Nights Publishing has expanded its global sales reach. We have done this by linking with North American sales and distribution partners for our paperback novels, as well as growing in the UK with sales and distribution partners Combined Book Services and Hawkins Publishing Services.
Being a home office company presents many challenges, especially in the world of book publishing. Credibility alone is one of the biggest factors, but in 2014 we were shortlisted in The Bookseller Awards, the industry’s major publishing awards, alongside Harper Collins, Hodder & Stoughton, Faber & Faber, Pan MacMillan and Hachette UK for our book apps.
Our ebook sales continue to grow in a tough environment, and Caffeine Nights has joined forces with a leading British film production company to produce official novelisations of the movies they shoot.
In a little over four years Caffeine Nights has published over 50 crime and horror fiction titles from over 40 authors. As long as there’s talent in the people you work with, from authors to editors and graphic designers, and you aren’t afraid to work consistently to improve and innovate, then working from a home office should not be an issue for a publisher in the 21st century.
