Discount store Home Bargains is opening a brand new shop in Leeds.
The exciting new plans for the latest Home Bargains in the city have been unveiled, with a big poster appearing at a retail park in Leeds to let shoppers know about its imminent arrival.
Customers will soon be able to get their hands on all sorts of discounts when the new store opens at Crown Point Shopping Park, on the southern edge of the city centre.
However, it won't be open for a while yet and customers will be disappointed to learn that it won't be ready in time for Christmas shopping.
The large unit at the shopping park is currently fenced off and renovation works are underway to transform the store in preparation for its grand opening on Saturday, January 23.
Dozens of new jobs will be created at the new Home Bargains store at Crown Point Shopping Park, although the exact roles available have not yet been advertised on the company's website.
There are several roles at other sites across Leeds though, including a store manager vacancy that pays up to £40,000 (including bonuses). There is also a vacancy for an assistant store manager at a different shop, paying up to £30,000 (including bonuses).
Once the new south Leeds store opens, it will become the seventh branch in Leeds, following the existing ones in the Merrion Centre, Kirkstall, Oakwood, Stanningley, Cross Gates and Morley.
