Parents with inquisitive children may well have found a solution to keep their early festive buys a secret until Christmas morning.
The snoop alarm item from Home Bargains costs customers £1.99. It is basically a motion-activated alarm that will make a loud noise when it senses little hands rifling through bags.
It was shared in a Facebook group and now parents have jumped on the opportunity to grab the bargain buy.
Other alarms on the market cost as much as £6, so this Home Bargains version really is a bargain.
It's great for families who have upped their game and started to shop in September, especially following a warning last week from LatestsDeals which said shoppers should start early this year.

In a bargain Facebook group, a parent said: "Great if you have children like mine that love snooping at all their presents. Can’t wait for it to go off when they think they are having a sneaky look. £1.99 Home Bargains"
The Snoop Alarm prevents children from getting close enough to look at their festive presents and emits a siren as loud as 90 decibels and a flashing red light.
One shopper said: "You need this... like to stop you snooping"
"Might get this for the snack cupboard to stop Teddie raiding it," joked another.
Another comment said: "Wish they had these when the kids were younger"
One shopper said: "I'd forget about it though and knowing my luck set of off when my daughter is having a nap"
