Home Bargains shoppers were full of praise after spotting a pet product, with some saying it is the only toy their dog hasn’t chewed.
The retailer stocks a range of pet food and accessories along with its food, beauty and homeware products.
This week Home Bargains posted on it Instagram account, sharing a picture by @penny_the_goldenretriever_pup of ‘Max’ the puppy snoozing alongside one of the store’s toy sloths.

The retailer said: “Looks like these two are going to be the best of friends. You can find our sloth toys in stores for only £2.49 (and how CUTE is little pup Max).
Many were quick to agree, with thousands of people ‘liking’ the post and leaving comments.
Morningbird60 said: “My Sheba loves hers it's the only toy she hasn't chewed up. Its lasted 4 months so far, her record for chewing up toys is 30mins.”
Lctaylor27 added: “The only toy my boy won’t chew we call it his baby”.
Lisachamill said: “My 10 Yr old labrador loves his sloth "Steve"”.
Doodlesbythebunny added: “My dog has that sloth and is obsessed with it lol”.
And dorothygriffiths said: “In our hse his name is Norman. My dog Ralph and Norm are best buddies”.
Others were keen to get their hands on the sloth toy.
Ms.b_athome said: “Oh my god, I need this sloth!!”
While Katies_hoose added: “Aw how cute…. @homebargains does it again”.
But some admitted the sloths hadn’t lasted in their house.
Havealookin said: “My dog is on his second sloth, the first one is minus stuffing, a leg and an arm lol but he still loves it, great price as well.”
And Minimania007 added: “Ours love the sloths but they always end up defluffing him”.
