Part and parcel of doing the dishes is struggling with a full washing up bowl of dirty water at the end.
In an attempt to flip the thing over and get rid of all the residue from dinner plates and coffee mugs, most of us will have ended spilling at least some of its contents on the kitchen floor.
But now bargain-hunters have found a simple and affordable solution, and it's being hailed the "best ever" by shoppers.
The household product in question is a washing up bowl with a twist plug on the bottom, which makes it easier to drain out the water.
Currently available from Home Bargains for just £2.99, the bowl was posted on the popular Facebook page Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK.
A post, that at the time of writing had 5,500 reactions and 1.6k comments, reads: "This is the best washing up bowl I've ever had.
"I have a condition that causes chronic joint pain, so hard to empty full bowls of water.
"You just twist the drainer and all the water drains out. You can also lift the drainer out to empty all the debris."
And others agreed, with many either hailing the product "amazing" or admitting they were desperate to get their hands on one.
One wrote: "That's the best thing I've seen in ages I want one too."
"I've had one of these for a few months now and it's fab," added another.
While a third commented: "It is a good idea as it saves on lots of food waste going down the drain. I will look out for one!"
