Home Bargains shoppers in awe of simple 90p product that 'cures' hay fever

Retail giant Home Bargains has been praised by shoppers for selling an 89p product that they say 'cures' hay fever.

Since pollen rates began to soar last week, many sufferers have been looking for something to relieve the pain, and have found the solution at Home Bargains.

Nuage's Hay-Fever Relief Wipes, which are on sale in Home Bargains, Superdrug, Savers, Amazon and other retailers, claim to trap and remove pollen and other irritants.

And with hay fever season now upon us, people have been taking to social media in their droves to praise the wipes, which are available for as little as 89p - reports North Wales Live.

The product was introduced to stores across the UK earlier this year and if the overwhelmingly positive reviews continue across Facebook and Twitter, they could be seen as a solution to long-term hay fever sufferers.

Home Bargains said: "As the weather begins to get warmer and we start to sit outside again, make sure you're protected from hay-fever, with Nuage's Hay-fever Relief Wipes. Helps to relieve itchy eyes and noses for just 89p."

One shopper raved: said: "My boy suffers from terrible hay fever. I've been using these wipes throughout the day when out and about they are truly amazing. Available in Home Bargains cheap as chips."

Another shopper said: "Heads up to anyone that's suffering really bad with hay fever, the past 2 days I've hardly been able to open my eyes or breathe through my nose, I've literally wiped my whole face with these and I feel a million times better £1.99 at Superdrug, you're welcome".

One person commented: "They are brill for my 2 year old autistic son who would not take tablets or syrup so they're 10/10 for me."

Several Facebook posts have received thousands of interactions with people tagging their family members to pick some up as soon as possible in time for the sunnier weather.

However, others argued that using disposable wipes may not be the most environmentally friendly way of treating hay fever when tablets and other treatments are available.
