Home Bargains set to open newest flagship store in Ayr this weekend

Shopping giant Home Bargains opens its long awaited new store in Ayr this Saturday.

It follows an £800,000 investment from the company, with up to 40 jobs set to be created.

The doors will officially swing open at Heathfield Retail Park at 8.30am.

This will be the company’s first store in Ayr, joining over 500 outlets across the UK.

Joe Morris, operations director at Home Bargains, said: “We’re thrilled to be launching our first store in Ayr and look forward to welcoming customers through the doors.”

The 20,000 sq ft store, which is a newly-built flaghsip unit, will offer shoppers a range of products, including homewares, health and beauty essentials, sweets, snacks and drinks, as well as fresh and frozen food.

Joe added: “Heathfield Retail Park will be a great location for us and we’re proud to be able to offer local people top-branded goods at exceptionally low prices.”
