Home Bargains selling hay fever 'cure' wipes for 90p

A hay fever 'cure' on Home Bargains shelves has got Scots shoppers' tongues wagging as it costs less than 90p.

Nuage's Hay Fever Relief Wipes are also on sale at Savers, Superdrug and Amazon among others.

The wipes claim to trap and remove pollen, Wales Online reports.

Happy customers have taken to social media to rave about the bargain product, hailing its ability to relieve common symptoms.

Home Bargains said: "As the weather begins to get warmer and we start to sit outside again, make sure you're protected from hay-fever, with Nuage's Hay-fever Relief Wipes.

"Helps to relieve itchy eyes and noses for just 89p."

One shopper raved: "My boy suffers from terrible hay fever. I've been using these wipes throughout the day when out and about, they are truly amazing. Available in Home Bargains, cheap as chips."

Another shopper said: "Heads up to anyone that's suffering really bad with hay fever, the past two days I've hardly been able to open my eyes or breathe through my nose, I've literally wiped my whole face with these and I feel a million times better £1.99 at Superdrug, you're welcome".

One person commented: "They are brill for my two-year-old autistic son who would not take tablets or syrup so they're 10/10 for me."

Several Facebook posts have received thousands of interactions with people tagging their family members to pick some up as soon as possible in time for the sunnier weather.

However, others argued that using disposable wipes may not be the most environmentally friendly way of treating hay fever when tablets and other treatments are available.
