A bargain retailer has launched a new sugary treat to get us back into the holiday mood.
Home Bargains shoppers have been sharing their excitement after spotting the new Haribo sweets online.
The retailer’s new £1.99 sweet treat was shared online by Facebook page Snack News & Reviews ,
And customers have been quick to share their excitement about the new 'travel sweets' on social media, the Liverpool Echo has reported.
Alongside a photo of the new sweets, the post said: “Haribo Peaches Travel Edition £1.99 in Home Bargains”.
Beneath the post, which has received more than 1,000 likes and almost 900 comments, fans tagged friends and family to share their excitement.
Among the comments, one shopper wrote: “These always remind me of airports abroad!!”.
Another said: “Best haribos going” while a third wrote: “These look insane!”.
A fourth added: “omg I love these!!!” and a fifth said: “They bring back memories”.
A sixth said: “Oh my! These are amazing!”.
Home Bargains shops remain open during lockdown and people are allowed to go shopping when needing to buy essential items including food and medicine.
Non-essential purchases can also be made during these visits.
