Home Bargains has launched an essentials box packed with food supplies which can be sent to people who can't make it into the stores,
The £23.99 box comes on the back of similar home delivery ideas launched by Lidl, Morrisons, M&S and Aldi.
The Home Bargains Essentials Food Box includes bread, cereal bars, pasta sauce, beans, rice, crisps, milk, tea, sweets canned goods, rice, and toilet roll, reports The Echo.
A spokesman said: “Home Bargains understands the importance of our customers getting essential food items during this unprecedented time.
“We have carefully selected some of our best selling products to create the Essential Food Box; ideal for those who may be struggling to get certain items, are self-isolating or want to send a care package to a loved one.
“We are unable to accept requests to swap items within the box.”
Home Bargains’ Essential Food Boxes are limited to one per customer.
