The deal in question involves the store selling a box of 100 Jaffa Cakes for just £3.99.
A thrifty shopper spied the boxes in their local Home Bargains and their picture has since been shared on the Extreme Couponing & Bargains UK Facebook page, where it prompted a big reaction within minutes.
Many people quickly tagged their friends in the comments, urging them to get themselves along to Home Bargains to snap them up, with one person adding "oh god think we need a work stash."
A similar deal at Asda last month sparked a social media frenzy as many people flocked to their nearest store. Like Home Bargains deal, the price tag worked out at less than 4p a Jaffa Cake.
