A bargain-hunting mum has spotted a great deal for parents who want to treat their children this Christmas without overspending.
Taking to a popular money-saving Facebook page, the parent posted a picture of a £3 Christmas Eve box she'd bought from Home Bargains - and the response has been astounding.
She uploaded a picture of the box of the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook page writing: "Christmas Eve boxes in Home Bargains, £2.99!
"Contains Christmas story book, letter from Santa, door hook, stickers and cookies!
"Think it’s a fab price."
Since the picture was uploaded on November 3, it has received thousands of likes and comments from fellow bargain hunters.
One shopper commented: "What a brilliant price!" while another said, "Wow sounds good must see if can get one."
The box is blue and has illustrations of penguins and elves all over it. It has a red lid, which features a stripy candy cane design around the edges.
