Home Bargains is selling a £1 curry sauce which its customers are convinced tastes exactly like one from McDonald's.
Fans have been sharing the sauce across social media saying it tastes "identical" to the Sweet Curry dip served at the fast food chain.
According to BirminghamLive, the sauce's description states: "The extra-savoury curry flavour gives this ketchup its pleasantly hot taste. A perfect match for any kind of meat or sausages."
After one post shared into a money-saving Facebook group attracted the attention of both Home Bargains and McDonald's fans, those who had tried the sauce were quick to support the claims regarding its taste.
One user said: "If you like McDonald’s Sweet Curry Sauce, try this from Home Bargains. 99p. It tastes just like it."
Another said: "Nooo don't post it, there will be none left lol!"
A third added: "Obsessed with this"
And, a fourth said: "My favourite McDonald's sauce! I’ll be looking for this"
Earlier this week, Home Bargains delighted shoppers once again as it shared an image of its Gingerbread Jingle and its Twisted Peppermint candles priced at £2.49 each.
Whilst many shoppers were excited at the prospect of more festive items being stocked, others couldn't wait to point out how similar the range looks to popular brand Bath and Body Works.
Candles from American brand Bath and Body Works are currently priced online for $24.50.
