Lanarkshire headed to the polls yesterday in what is expected to be the most significant election since devolution in 1999.
Voters have heard from the candidates since the end of March, but now it's time for them and the party leaders to wait for the results.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic the election count will be slightly different this time around.
Usually there is a flurry of volunteers in centres across Lanarkshire counting ballots cast into the wee small hours from Thursday into Friday.
However, this time the counting didn't start until 9am today (Friday), or in some cases even Saturday, meaning it's likely to be a long 48 hours for some election candidates.
The Electoral Management Board have, however, released provisional slots suggesting 47 constituency MSPs from across Scotland will be confirmed on Friday. The remaining 26 are expected on Saturday.

Airdrie and Shotts
Coatbridge and Chryston
Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse
Motherwell and Wishaw
Rutherglen
Lanarkshire results expected on Saturday are:
Cumbernauld and Kilsyth
East Kilbride
Uddingston and Bellshill
Clydesdale
