Local indie duo Holy Holy are back in Australia to perform songs from their latest album When the storms would come, following a sold-out national tour and two European and UK tours.
Guitarist-composer Oscar Dawson and singer-songwriter Tim Carroll met volunteering in southeast Asia, and reconvened years later when Dawson, who was living in Berlin with his then–band stayed in Carroll’s Swedish pad. The pair penned intense, slightly psychedelic material, and two years later, the project evolved into Holy Holy.
The boys have seen success with Sentimental and Monday, History and most recently A Heroin. They will be joined on tour by Aussie synth-pop starlet Olympia and Canadian folk pop band The Franklin Electric.
