Edinburgh White Russian and burger institution Lebowskis are joining Cinco de Mayo celebrations this weekend by launching a limited edition dish.
The restaurant and bar is just off Lothian Road on Morrison Street, serving up food and drink that The Dude himself would be proud of.
The Nacho Libre, a massive offering that we'd invite a pal to help us with, is made up of breaded chicken, a QUADRUPLE thigh stack, hot sauce, jalepenos, tequila marinade and topped with a teenie tiny pulled pork burrito.
They'll be serving them up for £14.95 all weekend and Bank Holiday Monday.
