Just weeks after VTuber star Kizuna AI made her Fortnite debut, the game has announced a second virtual idol joining the Icon Series.
Hololive’s Hoshimachi Suisei is dropping into the Item Shop on March 12, 2026. The singer will be the first Hololive talent to be featured in Fortnite.

Who is Hoshimachi Suisei?
Hoshimachi Suisei is one of the biggest names under Hololive Production, the talent agency behind some of the world’s most-watched VTubers. Unlike many of her peers, Suisei built her following primarily as a singer and idol. The VTuber not only releases original music, but has also sold out live concerts with thousands in attendance, with the live performance following the virtual performance trends pioneered by acts like Gorillaz in the past.

Her comet-themed aesthetic, signature blue hair, and relentless work ethic have earned her a dedicated global fanbase that stretches well beyond the usual VTuber audience. Her inclusion, coming right after the first Vtuber in Fortnite, is a reflection of the growing importance of the VTubing genre in pop culture. And it likely won’t be the last time a Hololive talent shows up on the Fortnite island.
What’s in the Hoshimachi Suisei Fortnite Bundle?
Epic Games has officially confirmed the Hoshimachi Suisei Outfit for the Icon Series drop on March 12, faithfully recreating her signature blue hair and idol attire in Fortnite’s art style. According to reports, an emote, “BIBBIDIBA”, has also been spotted for the idol in promotional material in Japan. Beyond that, the full bundle contents have not yet been officially announced.
Dataminers have also suggested a Penlight Mic harvesting tool, and at least two Jam Tracks, along with the usual LEGO variant of the skin as well. However, none of these have been confirmed by Epic Games at the time of writing.
