He may be best known for his roles in Hollywood films such as Stand By Me, The Lost Boys, Flatliners and The Vanishing, as Jack Bauer in the ground-breaking HBO epic, 24 and more recently playing the US President in Designated Survivor but it's music that is bringing Kiefer Sutherland to Nottingham for the first time.
The actor turned country rocker, who has released two albums of self-penned Americana, has announced a 2020 UK tour - and it will include a date at Rock City.
The 52-year-old Emmy award winner is in the UK this weekend for a run of just four dates - in Hull, Manchester, Birmingham and London - but he'll be back with ten more dates.
Tickets for his Rock City show on Sunday, February 23 will go on sale at 10am on Saturday (October 19) from Seetickets and usual agencies, priced at £35.84 (£32.00 plus admin fee).
A deluxe version of his second album, Reckless & Me, including a bonus disc featuring a concert recorded in Berlin in March, is on sale now.
He said: "We’ve played so many shows over the past five years, to have one of them recorded so that fans who couldn’t make a show because we didn’t play in their particular town or city, is very special to me. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed playing it."
His debut album, Down In A Hole, was released in 2016.
