Hollyoaks star Rory Douglas Speed shares adorably sleepy family photo

Hollyoaks super couple Rory Douglas Speed and Nadine Mulkerrin are winning the nation's hearts with their adorable new family.

The partners and co-stars share newborn baby boy Reggie, and needless to say they're not getting all that much sleep.

Rory, 27, shared with his 309,000 followers a cute new snap of him and Nadine lying in bed, while little Reggie dozes on his chest.

Nadine's getting in a good snooze as well - with Rory posting a sweet message about how hard the new mum works.

The star wrote: "Here's a picture of me for once actually awake in the middle of the night while Nadine finally gets some sleep...would love to say this is a common occurence."

Fans were quick to gush over the photo, with one writing: "Awesome little family."

Others reckon Reggie bears a striking resemblance to his mum.

One wrote: "Awww he looks the double of his mummy!"

Another praised: "That beautiful baby looks just like his mama! You have a beautiful family!"

One fan offered some parenting wisdom: "Trust me it gets worse - still trying to catch up now 6 months later, it's a killer."

If his Instagram is anything to go by, dad Rory is proud as punch of his little man.

On another photo, again featuring a tuckered out Reggie having a sleep on his daddy, Rory revealed that he's absolutely knackered, but he really doesn't mind.

The Joel Dexter actor wrote: "Never had such big bags under my eyes, but it's all worth it! #prouddadspam."

Another showed him leaving the hospital with Reggie in a carrier, and penned: "Hometime with my G."

Nadine and Rory welcomed the little lad on 15th October, Rory ushering in his boy with: "Welcome to the family wee Reggie Speed 15.10.19.

"We love you man. So proud of Nadine, I didn't think I could love her anymore but my heart is bloody bursting!

"She was amazing, throughout her labour.

"Women are seriously superhuman."
