Hollyoaks star confirms Warren Fox's huge new plot is 'full of twists and turns'

Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas, who plays Warren Fox, has shed more light on his new storyline that will the see his character take centre stage.

The soap star has confirmed Warren's past will be delved into with huge revelations, as fans finally get to see a glimpse into his backstory.

Jamie has now teased more about the plot, telling Mirror Online that it is "long-running" and will be "full of twists".

Warren recently returned to the village, and vowed not to stick around for too long - with him only back in the hope of finding help for his young son Sebastian, who is battling leukemia.

Asides this, Warren will be part of a new storyline involving an incoming new character - and they share a history.

It's since been confirmed that Richard Blackwood is joining the Channel 4 soap, as Mitchell Deveraux's father Felix Westwood.

Felix is the mentioned character from Warren's past, while full details are being kept under wraps.

Speaking to Mirror Online, prior to Richard's casting, Jamie said: "There is a storyline where they've got a great character coming in and a great actor playing him.

"He's from Warren's past, and they're about to delve into Warren's past and why he is the way he is, and why he's tuned out that way.

"Warren grew up in a children's home, so we're finally going to explore that and find out some more."

Offering minor teasers on the plot he added: "It's full of twists and turns. It's a long-running storyline, and hopefully everyone will love it."

Jamie went on to discuss other drama unfolding in the village surrounding Warren, and he promised some surprises.

He said of whether there would be any twists along the way: "Oh yeah, most definitely.

"I think we've got some very exciting things coming up. I’m filming something at the moment in The Dog, and it's gonna be full of twists.

"I’m so lucky, the writers do so well for Warren and they're never short of stories for him. I just come in buzzing constantly which is great."

Hollyoaks airs weeknights at 6:30pm on Channel 4, with the next episode at 7pm on E4.
