Hollyoaks dropped a major clue that could confirm the return of serial killer Silas Blissett, during the latest episode of the Channel 4 soap.
As a devastating explosion tore through the village and left lives on the line, characters became trapped.
One character inside was 10-year-old Bobby McQueen, with his mum Mercedes frantic with worry.
Knowing he had been in there and had not returned home, she feared her son was trapped or maybe injured in the blaze.
His stepfather Sylver snuck into the burning building to find him and get him to safety, only to become trapped himself.
It's then that Bobby made a devastating decision that led to Sylver losing his life in tragic scenes.

Sylver had asked Bobby to get himself out but to get help for him, as he wasn't able to move from the rubble.
But Bobby, angry at him for planning to leave the family after drama with Mercedes, decided to lie that he had not seen him in the wreckage.
This meant no one went in to help him, and Sylver tragically lost his life.

But something that happened towards the end of the episode left viewers stunned, and convinced serial killer Silas was making another return.
An earlier scene this week showed Bobby playing chess which left fans questioning if this was a clue, given Silas was an avid chess fan.
It was seemingly confirmed on Tuesday night, as while in the ambulance Bobby got out his phone and received a message that read: "Your move, G".

Viewers believed that the person playing online chess with him was Silas and that 'G' stood for grandad.
So are they back in contact, and could Bobby be morphing into his villainous great-grandfather just like he'd hoped he would?
More will be revealed in the coming episodes no doubt, but there's surely no going back for Bobby after he left Sylver to die.
Hollyoaks airs weeknights at 6:30pm on Channel 4, with the next episode on E4 at 7pm.
