Holly Willoughby impressed fans of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here when she stepped into Ant McPartlin's role on the hit show last year.
He pulled out of the show to focus on his rehabilitation, after admitting a drink-driving offence.
Holly headed out to Australia instead and bosses were reportedly keen to get her back for the 2019 series.
Ant was confirmed to be returning to the show earlier this year, but now leading online bookmaker Betway has tipped Holly Willoughby to return alongside the presenting duo.
Betway’s Alan Ager said: “The I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here directors have a bit of a head-scratcher on their hands this year. While getting an exciting lineup of contestants is one thing, they’re going to have to make a call on who hosts the show and it seems Holly Willoughby is fancied to make a return.
“We can’t see Ant being ousted after just one series away, though, and it’s odds-on at 1/2 for the Geordie duo to incorporate Willoughby into their presenting for this year’s show.”
It’s 5/1 with Betway that Willoughby is left out of the camp and the series returns to being fronted by the double act, and 3/1 for Ant to make a U-turn and leave presenting duties to Dec and Holly.
