Holly Willoughby 'splits from agency shared with Phillip Schofield'

Holly Willoughby has reportedly split from an agency shared with co-presenter Phillip Schofield in a shock business move.

The This Morning star is going her own way to take more control over her own management, according to reports.

Mirror Online reports Holly is departing from YMU Entertainment, which also represents stars including Ant and Dec and Davina McCall, after 13 years to establish her own company.

It is believed the star will call her company Roxy Management and that she will employ an army of women to help her.

A source told The Sun on Sunday : “Lockdown has given her time to reflect and think about her future.

“In many ways, it has become the perfect opportunity to start afresh and it was just time for a change.

“She is really excited about managing herself and having more say over decisions on a day-to-day basis.

“She has always had such incredible business sense and is proud to be a working mum and career woman.”

The source goes on to claim Holly is hoping to improve her “work-life balance”, with the new business venture intending to aid in the goal.

The host has three children with TV producer husband Dan Baldwin, 45 – 11-year-old son Harry, nine-year-old daughter Belle and five-year-old son Chester.
