Holly Willoughby has spoken about her dad ahead of Father's Day this weekend.
The This Morning star often keeps tight lipped on her family life but has occasionally spoken about her parents on the ITV show.
Holly, 40, has often shared a selfie with her mum, Linda, as will as sister Kelly but her much-loved dad is kept out the spotlight.
But the mum-of-three has made an exception this time and praised her dad, Brian - particularly his life motto.
"My dad is amazing," she said, "Everything is 'The Best' That's my dad’s motto - 'This tea is the best.'
"When we were kids we used to get the train to London and he would say, 'Oh, it’s the best'. And he just has the most positive outlook on everything, everything is the best so I love that about him because if you go through life thinking everything is the best then you’re never disappointed are you?"
She added: "It's a lovely way to live and he is the best so it suits him."
Holly's parents recently celebrated 44 years of marriage.
The TV star shared a throwback snap of the pair with her Instagram followers earlier this year - before joking the pair looked like Friend's actors Courtney Cox and Tom Selleck.
It came after fans previously noticed her dad looked like the star who played Dr. Richard Burke in the hit American sitcom.
But that's not the only person he has been compared to.
On Father's Day last year, Holly shared another older picture to her Instagram page of her dad carrying her as a young girl.
"Looks like Simon Cowell," one commented.
Another follower said: "Your dad looks like a young Simon Cowell."
"Simon cowell is your dad??" a third quipped.
