Holly Willoughby has treated fans to a rare snap of her 'lookalike' sister.
The TV presenter shared an image of her smiling alongside her sister, Kelly, as she marked her 43rd birthday. While the women have contrasting hair colours - with Holly being a blonde, and Kelly being brunette - fans were still quick to point out how alike they looked.
Sharing the picture with her 7.1m Instagram followers, Holly expressed her love for her sister. They share a close bond as Kelly helps Holly to manage her spiritual business Wylde Moon.

Alongside the image, Holly wrote: "Happy birthday to my beautiful sister @ladywilloughby …. Love you so so much… always."
Fans flooded the comments with compliments for the sisters and birthday wishes for Kelly, with many pointing out that they looked like "twins". Shaz wrote: "Apart from the blonde/brunette- twins."
