Holly Willoughby shares 'beautiful' new selfie as fans eagerly await her This Morning return

Holly Willoughby has been flooded with compliments as she shared a new seflie with her fans.

The This Morning host has been off-screen for the last two weeks as she and co-star Philip Schofield went off on their Easter break.

Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, and Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary have been filling in for their pair during their absence.

But fans are already eagerly awaiting Holly's return.

The 40-year-old took to Instagram on Friday armed with a selfie as she cosied up in a jumper and took a lie-down.

Holly looked fresh faced as she went make-up-free and let her staple blonde locks down.

She simply captioned the snap: "Friday," alongside an emoji of a ball of wool.

And many of her followers were quick to comments on her latest post.

"Absolutely beautiful! Looking forward to seeing you back on Monday, you’ve been missed... Hope you had a fantastic break," one shared.

Another commented: "So gorgeous!!!"

"Looking absolutely stunning," a third added while a fourth said: "What a gorgeous photo Holly! Naturally beautiful."

Another said: "can't wait to see u and Phil on Monday horrahhhhh."

Co-star Alison also got in on the action, simply writing: "gorgeous," alongside the flames emoji.

Holly has kept pretty quiet on social media during her break - and we can't blame her.

But she did give fans a glimpse into her mediation routine accompanied by a hot chocolate over the Easter weekend.

She also broke her social media break following the death of Prince Philip.

The mum-of-three posted a beautiful photo of the Duke of Edinburgh and the Queen linking arms and wrote: "Today and always my heart is with our Queen..."

Holly and Phil will be back on This Morning on Monday from 10am on ITV.
