Holly Willoughby screamed in horror during today's instalment of This Morning as John Barnes showed off his dislocated shoulder.
The 39-year-old grimaced as the ex-Liverpool and England footballer revealed his gory injury.
"Oh my gosh!" Holly shouted as soon as she saw John's disfigured shoulder bone.
The mother-of-three quickly put her hand to her face in shock, with co-host Phil also left jaw-dropped at the impact of the gruesome disclocation John suffered.
The pair welcomed John and ex-Birmingham City manager Harry Redknapp to the show via a live video stream as the group discussed Harry's new show - Harry's Heroes: Euro Having a Laugh.
"I don't want to show you again but it's still there," he said while pulling his shirt away from his shoulder.
He added: "I had a ruptured knee which was even worse. So I was looking forward to playing with the lads and being part of a team but of course, that happened.
"I was the most sensible one to be Harry's assistant."
Harry's Heroes: Euro Having a Laugh airs on ITV1 tonight at 9pm.
