Holly Willoughby received a talking down from Declan Donnelly after she broke a “golden rule” by “canoodling” with the I’m A Celebrity camp mates.
Willoughby was warned to “keep her distance” after she leaned in to kiss Noel Edmonds and Nick Knowles following the terrifying Catch A Falling Star Bushtucker Trial.
“Are you canoodling with the campmates?” Donnelly asked. Willoughby replied: “I think I did. It’s a bit official, a handshake.”
Donnelly said: “I don’t think that’s allowed. Keep your distance Holly Willoughby, keep your distance.”
Willoughby apologised: “Sorry, sorry I’ve broken a golden rule.”
Edmonds and Knowles were voted in to take on Sunday night’s Bushtucker Trial which saw them suspended in boxes 20 metres above a lake. They were joined by 30,000 cockroaches, 30,000 mealworms and 25,000 crickets.
Edmonds had to put his hands into hell holes to retrieve stars which he had to drop to Knowles in the cage below to catch. Knowles struggled to grab the coveted tokens and finished the task with five out of 11 for camp.
Tonight’s show also saw the celebs take part in a live X Factor-inspired trial in a bid to win time for John Barrowman, Rita Simons and James McVey to take on a quest across the Australian outback.
