- Gavin Plumb was sentenced to life with a minimum term of 16 years last July for soliciting murder and encouraging others to rape and kidnap the presenter.
- Willoughby, 45, is launching her new YouTube channel, Together , on 28 July, after leaving This Morning in October 2023.
- She said that the ordeal taught her “what real fear feels like” and has motivated her to pursue new ventures without fear of public opinion.
- She said she had learned she is “very resilient” as a result of the ordeal, which she said “doesn’t define you”.
