Holly Willoughby's This Morning future 'in doubt' as new ITV roles predicted

The odds on Holly Willoughby leaving This Morning in the next few months have dropped rather dramatically, as rumours of a feud with Phillip Schofield continue to rumble on. And bookies are already predicting she could make a switch to other high profile jobs with ITV.

For years it has been well documented that Holly and Phillip have been close friends off screen, as well as presenting This Morning and Dancing on Ice together for well over a decade. However, it is now being reported that major cracks have appeared in their relationship off screen, despote Phillip trying to shut down the speculation, by releasing a statement in which he described Holly as his 'rock' and admitting they hadn't had an 'easy' time of things of late.

The hosts appeared on screen together four times in a row this week to host This Morning, even sharing a hug on camera, as Holly made an early exit from the studio to head to Buckingham Palace on Wednesday. But, despite putting a united front on screen, bookies are predicting that either Holly or Phillip will leave by the summer.

Odds on Holly making an exit from This Morning have now dropped to 4/1 with William Hill and, after talk she could move to a different ITV show, with the 42-year-old is currently 6/1 to host Love Island and the same price to present Loose Women in 2023.

She’s 10/1 to be given hosting duties on Strictly Come Dancing, while William Hill go 20/1 for her to present I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! for a second time and the same price to take over from Jeremy Clarkson on Who Wants to be a Millionaire.

William Hill spokesperson, Lee Phelps, said: “There seems to be plenty to suggest that Holly Willoughby’s time on This Morning might be coming to an end and we offer 4/1 that she departs her role by the end of the month.

“Holly will surely be hot property if she does depart and we think the likes of Love Island and Loose Women (both 6/1) and Strictly (10/1) will be on the agenda.”
