Holly Willoughby was unable to contain her shock when a This Morning guest told her she had lied about depression to get a free nose job on the NHS.
The ITV show's fans were left fuming when Carla Bellucci admitted her lies meant she got the £7,000 procedure for free.
And the mum of three even said she didn't feel like she had done anything wrong and she does not regret her actions.
Speaking on the show today (June 20), Carla said she was "surprised" she had been able to get the nose job and said she also "flirted" with her GP, Plymouth Live reports.
“I’ll be really honest I was surprised to get it", she said.
"It started as a bit of banter, one evening I thought I'm going to see if I can get this nose job."
"I just said I wasn’t happy about my nose, that it didn’t make me happy, that I was experiencing breathing problems and it was making me depressed in day to day life.
"This was an exaggeration though, I had no proof of depression", she added.
Carla also said that she had 'flirted' with the GP that told her all the 'right things' to say to be granted the procedure.
Holly and Phillip struggled to hold back during the interview, with Holly saying: "Shouldn't you be thinking that it's such a stretched system.
"We've had parents of people sat on this sofa that can't get the NHS to fund life saving drugs for them, and you've done this for non health reasons."
However, despite the backlash, Carla doesn't think she has done anything wrong.
"I do work, I was born here, I feel like I've not really done anything that wrong," she said.
'Disgusting'
"I think I am one of many people, and maybe I'm revealing cracks in the system.
"I'm not saying what I did was right but I'm not living in regret."
Hundreds of furious viewers took to social media to call Carla 'disgusting', with many saying she should be forced to pay back every penny that the procedure would have cost.
