The final Saturday Night Takeaway of the season airs tonight and will be filled with the show’s best bits - like the time Holly Willoughby nearly threw up on Ant and Dec ’s show during a hilarious prank.
This Morning presenter Holly was tricked by the Geordie duo in an incredible hoax in 2014.
She was presenting her show Surprise Surprise as normal - or so she thought - when some strange things started happing as the practical joke unfolded.
The Surprise Surprise host thought she was recording another memorable episode, bringing together a charity worker and her boyfriend for a celebrity-studded proposal – but it was Holly that ended up being ambushed.
She was tricked into believing boyfriend Richard – played by a disguised Ant - was serenading fake fiancée-to-be “Annabel Thompson” with her favourite band Blue ahead of him popping the question.
Annabel’s friends and “boss” Jean-Luc (played by a disguised Dec) gushed over their friend before the proposal, as Holly asked them about her and her charity work in Kenya.
She told Holly how she met her partner Richard, a teacher, while volunteering before Holly welcomed her favourite boyband Blue into the studio to sing One Love.
But Holly was left stunned when the marriage bid got the thumbs down and Annabel said no, bursting into tears as she confessed she was in love with Jean-Luc.
Holly’s jaw dropped as she rushed Annabel’s side to comfort her and offer her a sit down and a cup of tea.
A stunned Holly said she “nearly threw up” after the cheeky pair revealed their true identities.
After the stunt, Holly said: “I had no idea, I never thought I would be fooled but I honestly didn't twig.
“As far as I was aware we had a relatively simple surprise, a boyfriend proposing to his girlfriend, but it all went wrong.
“I felt my heart sink when she said no. You never think anyone would say no!
“I was relieved when I found out it was a stunt but the boys best beware, I like a prank so may just have something up my sleeve!”
