Holly Willoughby's floral frock causes chaos online - but for all the wrong reasons

Holly Willoughby’s colourful dress has grabbed the attention of fans all across the UK.

The This Morning presenter, 39, is regarded as one of the most stylish women in Britain.

But her latest wardrobe choice has divided eagle-eyed admirers who compared her £300 floral frock from L.K.Bennett to what they had for breakfast.

Taking to Instagram earlier today, the blonde beauty snapped her outfit of the day before heading to the iconic ITV studios.

Holly made sure to dress for or the hot London weather as she donned a mustard yellow dress complete with a red and green floral design.

The presenter completed the elegant ensemble with a classic pair of nude stilettos and wore her luscious blonde locks down in a straight and chic style.

“Morning Wednesday... it’s going to be a scorcher!” she captioned the eye-catching snap.

While many of Hollie’s fans flocked to compliment the telly star on her summer style, others couldn’t help but detail what her latest ensemble reminded them of.

“This is such a gorgeous dress but omg, I’m so sorry but it just looks like the omelette I had or brekkie!” one highly entertained admirer quipped.

“Honestly, Hollie is such a babe but this dress just looks like someone puked up their dinner!” another added.

“Now that everyone is saying it, it really does resemble an omelette I made last week” a third joked.

While a fourth follower commented: “Yep. Looks like the full English I served up to my hubby this morning”.

Holly returned to screens on Tuesday morning to present This Morning alongside co host Phillip Schofield.

Viewers were confused when the mum-of-three vanished and was replaced by Big Brother : Best Shows Ever presenter Davina McCall on Monday's installment.

Holly took the day off so she could take her three children back to school after three months off due to the coronavirus lockdown.

While she was happy to see her kids get back to some normality, she couldn't help but be bit emotional not having them around.

"The kids were just so excited to see each other, I got a little bit emotional."
