Holly Willoughby reveals interesting way she helps son with nightmares

Holly Willoughby has revealed the unique way she helps son Chester with his nightmares.

The 39-year-old said on Tuesday's This Morning that she places a special crystal by the six-year-old's bed at night to ensure he has a settled night.

Her comments came as she and co-host Phillip Schofield discussed healing crystals with an expert in a segment on the ITV show.

Holly explained: "Chester sleeps with a bit of green fluorite and the last four nights it's disappeared down the back of his bed and he's had nightmares the last four nights.

"So I pulled the bed out and got it, last night he slept through fine.

"I know there's no science to this but that is something you go, well, if that helps, it helps."

The presenter - who is also mum to eldest son Harry and daughter Belle - is no stranger to crystals and alternative relaxation measures.

Holly explained all on This Morning (ITV)

Holly confused fans last week with an early morning Instagram post of her which showed her sat cross-legged with her hands holding a small grey ball.

Following the confusion, it turns out it was a crystal ball which can be used for meditating.

And last year, Holly shared a snap of herself donning an aura amethyst crystal which she credited for 'rockin' and 'rechargin'' her.
