And she said it was an area of her life she would like to explore more.

“I feel incredibly passionate about women’s issues and I feel I have a responsibility and a need within me to move it forward a bit myself. It would be wrong not to," she said.

She added: “I think that is where I am going to, that is my next phase in life. That is my passion and life can only be about passion now.”

As well as penning her book Reflections: Life Lessons On Finding Beauty Inside And Out Holly launched her new lifestyle brand Wylde Moon exploring topics from 'beauty and fashion, to energy and healing.'

The website, named Wylde Moon, also has its own boutique with Holly's first-ever product range.

And Holly has teamed up with Kirstie Le Marque to collaborate on a 12-piece jewellery collection Love You to the Moon & Back.

Holly's TV career began in 2000 when she won an audition for a show on CITV featuring S Club 7 called S Club TV.

She presented Ministry Of Mayhem with Stephen Mulhern in 2004 before being paired with her This Morning co-star Phillip Schofield two years later on Dancing On Ice.

Holly joined This Morning with Phil three years later.
