Holly Willoughby is said to be facing a legal battle worth millions with her former agents.
The Dancing on Ice and This Morning star is understood to have hired lawyers to fight against commission demands from her former managers YMU Group.
Should the firm win the battle, she is reportedly facing a potential seven-figure payout.
Our sister title The Mirror reports how the firm, which also represents Phillip Schofield, Amanda Holden and Ant and Dec, are is dispute over sunset provisions, in which agents collect commission from a celebrity who has left them.
The payout would include a cut from Holly's contracts, should they continue, which include This Morning and Dancing On Ice.
A source told The Sun: "No one wanted this to go legal but Holly won't simply give away her hard-fought millions without a fight."
The sunset provisions clause means that YMU would get around 15% of new contracts Holly signs if she was with them when she originally started that gig.
If she signed a new deal with ITV worth £10million, say, they'd be entitled to around £1.5million of it.
This is despite her leaving YMU and now being managed by the firm she set up, Roxy.
The source added: "This is a sad finale to what was once a hugely successful partnership.
"But YMU seem unhappy she's set up on her own and feel entitled to maximise a sunset provision to claim commission on the renewal of contracts."
Holly set up Roxy in August to manage herself and employs only female staff.
According to The Sun, YMU had threatened her with legal action.
It's claimed both hoped to resolve the matter without it going to court.
Holly could be quizzed over her earnings should the case go to court.
