Holly Willoughby has told her followers that she is ready to "finally say how I'm feeling" as she shared an excerpt from her new book.
Holly, 40, is releasing an autobiography in October called "Reflections" but ahead of publication she gave her followers a sneak peek into what they could expect.
The mum-of-three shared a video of herself reading from the book for her audio book, which explained her motivation behind the project.

Holly posted the video to Instagram and captioned it: "Feeling reflective and hopeful… audio book sessions in full swing… thought you may enjoy a small preview #reflections … link to preorder in my bio."
In the video Holly said: "I'm writing this book in a way to get that voice heard, to finally speak and say how I'm feeling.
"I want you to know what it's like back here sometimes and I hope that by helping myself by sharing my experiences, will help you too."
And her followers rushed to comment on her clip with their support.

Holly then shared another post explaining why she was so excited for the audiobook.
She said: "Spending a dreamy afternoon recording the audiobook of #reflections … I listen to a lot of audio books… you are my people!
"To be able to listen to what’s between the pages and be on a walk, cooking dinner, stuck in traffic is such a joy.
"Somehow when a book is read by the author it brings it even more to life… not long to go now… link to preorder is in my bio."
