Holly Willoughby has posted a tired selfie after delaying her start to This Morning this week.
The ITV presenter said she plans to "sleep until Monday" after a a week of homeschooling and co-host the day time show.
Parents up and down the country will relate the the remote learning struggle as schools closed to all but key worker and vulnerable children this week.
Highlighting the exhausting week, Holly, 39, shared a stunning photo of herself with fans on her Instagram.
The mum-of-three is seen wearing minimal make-up and keeping a straight-faced expression in the snap while wearing a black Nirvana t-shirt.
She captioned the post to here seven million followers: "Friday... might sleep till Monday…" followed by a moon emoji.
And Holly wasn't the only one as parents shared her tiredness.
"Snap Mama! Home school and working hey? Chin up chick. You got this," wrote one.
Another agreed: "Me too. Week one done."
"Stay strong it won’t be like this forever," encouraged a third.
Holly wasn't back on screen with co-host Phillip Schofield for the first This Morning of the year on Monday and didn't return until Wednesday.
Phil, 58, joked that Holly was busy filming The Masked Singer but later explained: "She's dealing with her childcare issues at the moment."
