Holly Willoughby poses in skimpy blue bikini as she works hard in the sun

Holly Willoughby didn't let the glorious weather stop her from getting some work done this weekend.

The This Morning host, 40, took to her Instagram account on Saturday afternoon to share a photo of herself working on her book with her 7.2 million followers.

In the snap, Holly looked stunning as she posed in a skimpy blue and white bikini as she made the most of the sunshine.

She appeared to be sitting on a chair in her garden with her sunhat sitting behind her as she kept her sunglasses on her head.

Holly showed off her natural beauty in the snap and appeared to be wearing minimal makeup.

She held up a pink manuscript of her book and a pen between her fingers.

Holly pulled a huge grin for the camera as she snapped the stunning photo.

The TV presenter captioned it: "Saturdays in the sunshine… it doesn't get any better…

"Using the time to make the final edits to my book 'Reflections'… going through the manuscript, adding, clarifying, tweaking… getting it just perfect for you…

"Not too much longer now… it's available to preorder and the link is above in my bio…"

She finished the post with the hashtag #reflections and the book, pen and sparkle emojis.

In the book, Holly "reflects on ways in which to navigate emotionally challenging situations, treat yourself with kindness and make your life beautiful inside out."

It is due to be released in October of this year.

Holly's book is her latest business venture, which also includes deals with Garnier and Marks and Spencer.

But she is perhaps best known for This Morning, which she has hosted alongside Phillip Schofield since 2009.

She recently revealed that she almost gave up the job on the ITV daytime show after feeling like she wasn't good enough for it.

"When I started, I was terrified," Holly told Radio Times. "I only ever felt comfortable in cookery and fashion – I was so scared of asking important questions for fear of looking stupid.

"I was quite young and I think some people were questioning whether I was the right person for the job."

She is currently said to be embroiled in a row with her former agents YMU Group, who want a cut of her commission under a sunset provisions clause in her contract where agents collect commission from a celebrity who has left them.

it's claimed ITV may resolve the situation amicably by giving Holly a pay rise if talks reach a crisis point, according to reports.
