Holly Willoughby urged people not to poo outside after a This Morning viewer aired their complaints on TV.

This Morning's presenter, 39, was horrified when viewer Cheryl shared her distress about people pooing nearby her home in Kent.

Public loos nearby have been closed off as a result of the lockdown amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Holly took a stand when she was grossed out after Vanessa Feltz let slip people were going to the toilet in their front gardens.

She said: "Just don't do that [poo outside]. You can't do that!

"There is families down there. Are you saying to your kids it's alright go and have a poo behind the hedge?"

Holly was mortified when she had to deliver Cheryl's complaint on live TV on Thursday.

She admitted: "I can barely bear to read this."

Cheryl had written in: "After a bike ride this morning my friend found and smelt so much human excrement and rubbish.

"I cannot do light exercise near our home due to the stench. How is this fair?"
