Holly Willoughby parties for 12 hours at Glastonbury as she forgets Phillip drama

Holly Willoughby appeared to be having the time of her life at Glastonbury as she danced with fellow celebs at a wild 12-hour-long party.

The presenter has had a stressful couple of weeks thanks to the controversy surrounding former co-host of This Morning, Phillip Schofield, after it was revealed that he'd had an 'unwise but not illegal' affair with a younger male colleague.

But she seemed to let her hair down by watching Arctic Monkeys perform to an adoring crowd at Worthy Farm on Friday night, followed by a dance party with fellow A-listers.

The Mirror reports that she was seen partying with actors Jamie Dornan and Lily James, as well as Princess Eugenie and Peter Crouch. And it's believed the celebrations went on for 12 whole hours.

An onlooker told The Sun on Sunday: “Holly was laughing and joking with her friends from the moment she touched down. They had access to the VIP Winnebago camping area but Holly seemed keen to get among the crowds.”

The ITV star is believed to have travelled to the festival in Somerset from London via helicopter and was joined by husband Dan Baldwin.

Holly, Dan, Peter Crouch and his wife Abbey Clancy partied together in the crowd whilst they watched Arctic Monkeys dazzle their fans.

The Sun’s source added: “Holly seemed really close with Pete and Abbey. She was hugging them both and spent an hour dancing with Abbey during the Arctic Monkeys. No one recognised them, even though Pete stood out like a sore thumb because of his height.”

Then, the party moved to celeb favourite The Rabbit Hole where they continued to dance and drink until 2am. Other famous faced in the VIP party area included Rocketman actor Taron Egerton and footballer offspring Cruz Beckham.

Glastonbury marked the first time that Holly has been seen in public since Phillip left This Morning and cut all ties with ITV. The 61-year-old admitted to having an affair with a much younger male colleague who worked with him and Holly on the daytime show.

Phillip was married to Stephanie Lowe - who he is still married to despite coming out as gay in February 2020 - and said he lied about the nature of his relationship with the younger man.

Phillip claims he also lied to Holly about the affair too - while his management team cut ties with him when the truth was finally revealed as they too claimed they had been lied to by the star.
