Holly Willoughby 'panics' as she thinks she's dropped I'm A Celebrity star in it with 'secret signal'

Holly Willoughby was left slightly flustered on This Morning after thinking she had dropped an I'm A Celebrity star in it.

The ITV reality series was watched by more than 10 million people when it returned on Sunday night, broadcasting from the UK for the very first time.

Host Ant and Dec are bringing the show to viewers from Gwrych Castle in Abergele, North Wales and ten celebrities are facing the tough challenge.

One of those is author and podcaster Giovanna Fletcher, who also happens to be the wife of McFly star Tom Fletcher.

Tom appeared on Monday's This Morning alongside his bandmates to discuss their new album and launch a new project but he couldn't go without the mention of I'm A Celebrity.

Holly, 39, asked Tom, who shares three sons with Giovanna, if she made a sly gesture to them as a message from camp to the family watching at home.

"Did she give them that little signal last night," she said as she gestured her hand to her face, "I saw that when they were all sat round the fire. She did that [gestures] to her nose. Was that for her boys?"

It was bandmate Harry Judd who replied as Tom's sound cut out who said: "Yeah she did."

Tom added: "Yeah, that's her little signal."

But Holly was left momentarily squirming as former I'm A Celeb star Dougie Poytner said: "Ooo, you get into trouble for that," before shouting "disqualified."

Holly then said in a high-pitched tone: "No that's fine. Everbody does it."

Before co-host Phil rubbed it in a bit more adding: "And Holly Willoughby has just dumped her in it."

Still trying to justify herself she flapped: "Everybody does that. Everybody does a little thing. Don't make me panic."

Phil then added: "I think it was a fly," trying to bail his mate out.

But hopefully show bosses are too tied up getting tonight's show ready to notice.

This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV and I'm A Celebrity continues at 9pm tonight.
