Holly Willoughby was forced to make an unusual outfit change for her latest This Morning appearance.
The 40-year-old's wardrobe is often a topic of conversation as she pull out all the glam stops in the fashion stakes.
So on Wednesday, as the sun continued to shine, Holly channelled spring with her latest look in a short sleeved floral knitted top paired with a simple black skirt.
But the ITV star, who co-hosts This Morning alongside Phillip Schofield, had to swap her usual heel for a pair of flat black brogues.
She explained in a post on Instagram: "Morning... back in flats today... god knows what I’ve done to myself... better today just being careful!"
Her followers were quick to comment on the post with one writing: "Flats for the win! They should definitely be styled in more often; super cute. Hope you feel better soon!"
Another said: "Gorgeous...... love the flats."
"Beautiful as always. Have a great day Holly," a third added.
A fourth said: "This is simply gorgeous! Hope the back injury isn’t too serious... have a fantastic Wednesday."
But not everyone was a fan.
"No like the shoes holly," one commented.
Another joked: "New school shoes?? bit late, summer HOLLYdays soon."
"Flats aren’t just for people with injuries you know - including different shoes in your style would actually be lovely for so many people to see and feel inclusion from," a third suggested.
For fans who didn't see Tuesday's show, Holly caused herself an injury.
After coming back from a break, the host and Phillip were set to play a game of Spin To Win.
As they did, Holly explained: "During the show I uncrossed my leg and pulled my back because now I'm over 40, that's the stuff that happens."
Holly went on to point out she had to swap her heels for a pair of flip flops in order to continue the show.
"It took a long time to get her back in from outside," Phillip added. "Let me tell you."
"If it wasn't for social distancing I would have been on your back," Holly joked before they continued on with the game.
