Holly Willoughby looks fresh-faced as she models messy bun for busy day of errands

Holly Willoughby has been inundated with compliments after she shared a make-up free selfie while she was busy running errands on Sunday.

The 40-year-old This Morning star still managed to look sensational as she scraped her hair up into a messy bun while getting on with her busy day of tasks.

Taking to social media, the mum of three gazed intently at the camera as she showed off her unusual half-updo. It looks like Holly was certainly on a mission to get things done as she glared at the camera.

Taking the picture amid a luscious green backdrop, the television star also appeared to show off her wedding ring which featured in the gorgeous, fresh-faced snap.

Kate has been a staple on This Morning alongside Phillip Schofield since she was cast on the show in 2009. She tends to adorn her Instagram page with lots of gorgeous snaps taken from the dressing room before she goes into the studios each morning.

Alongside pictures of her This Morning outfits, the blonde bombshell will sometimes share pictures that feature her family as well as powerful messages that she wishes to share with her expansive 7.2 million followers.

Holly's gorgeous make-up free selfie came shortly after the television star shared an empowering message in which she encouraged her followers not to waste a single minute.

At the time she explained: "Every Thursday I want to share with you a piece of content I've seen on the web that's really hit home for me. Something that's made me laugh, made me think, or just made me smile."

"Time is your most precious resource, and yet, your most finite. Make the most of it - you don't get back."

In the touching clip, a man hypothesised about being given $86,400 each day and spending every single penny because at the end of the day it is gone.

He then pointed out that there are 86,400 seconds in every day, so why waste a second it.
